  • Competition level: Open to USYS, US Club, AYSO, and Elite Independent teams.

  • Submit application: Complete the entry form (no fee required to apply).
  • Review: Our committee reviews applications for competitive balance.
  • Confirmation: Once moved to “Confirmed” status, you will receive an automated invoice.
  • Finalize: Secure your spot by completing the Credit Card payment within 48 hours of confirmation.
